Please do not confuse us for them.
That other company, Apex Alarm LLC of Orem, Utah: • Uses door-to-door sales representatives, usually wearing shirts saying: Apex Alarm, Honeywell, Monitronics. • Is not registered to do business in CA, a legal requirement. • Does not have the required State licenses (CA ACO & C10). • Is subject of complaints filed with the State license authorities (CA BSIS & CSLB). • Has already been cited in Utah, and sanctioned by the State of Virginia, for license violations. • Has been sued by its former employees in a class action lawsuit to recover wages. • Uses consumer monitoring agreements which may not be enforced in the courts (CA B&P Code §7592.5 & §7031a) • Has unhappy customers in Illinois and Virginia. • Is associated with or related to Apx Alarm Security Solutions Inc aka Apx Alarm. • Is not licensed to use our registered trademark APEX Alarm®.
